The chill that sanctions my salvation, ...beckoning the peace, my soul ‘no tears fall from this blind face No one understands at all’ Days marked off this ‘unchanged’ calender
As the hours.. ...the minutes... ...and even seconds Become escriment in the pool.
No shoulder Or being Takes away the feeling... "what feeling I have left"

This really, really sounds like a poem about my character Syrus Wendigo, especially the lines "Beckoning the peace, my soul" (the BD story has alot to do with his soul and others') and "No tears fall from this blind face" (near the end of BD when Syrus is at his girlfriend's grave he wants to cry, but he can't because he has no eyes). ...Or maybe I just try too hard to compare stuff to my own work.

No you're right, I do see that now that you say it. It also makes me think of a song by Static-X...also named Cold funnily enough. Something tells me this whole poem is a metaphor for loneliness, am I right?
