The new BD is amazing, let me critique it for you...
What I liked: You art style is unique and fitting, as usual. You seem to find ways to draw things in ways I never knew were possible, and I really liked your use of shading. And the lines you used to show motion were good too, I thought that added to the dynamics of your drawings. The story itself was really cool too, how you went back and explained everything, that was really good. Anybody that had no idea what was going on would probably have to read back a bit. Otherwise, excellent work.
What I didn't like: Some of the poses were a little awkward at times. It's not that I didn't like it per se, but I just thought it looked a little odd. Doesn't detract from the comic at all though.
What I want to see more of: I really enjoyed the battle scene between Syrus and Alkanson, I just like your battle scene's full stop, so more battles between any two or three characters would be great. I love the trash talking your characters do when they fight each other so more of that would be cool too.
Overall score out of ten: Honestly, I struggled to find anything wrong with this, so I'll give you a nice 9 out of 10, purely because I don't give 10's very often.
Also, I'd like to note the improvement in your skills since the first BD came out. I was reading it and I though "Wow, he was really good back then, but the new BD is crazy!" Keep up the good work.

Awesome, thanks a lot for the honest feedback Nick. I agree with pretty much everything you've mentioned there. I've never been an expert at poses, especially anatomy-wise, but I did attempt to push past my usual limits with this one, and will continue to try and improve. You'll get plenty more fighting in the next few volumes, and I'll be sure to throw in some trash talking for ya too. Also to expect in the next chapter is the introduction of a new central character. A surprise "final boss" if you will.
