(Hey guys, this was previously in the poetry section but was moved here because the general feeling was there was too much narrative for it to be considered a poem so it now rests here.)
A lonely figure moves slowly across a footbridge Deep in the darkness of the night Her long, brown hair billowing behind her In the breeze she cannot feel
Her sword is sheathed, her armor unscathed Yet she walks with an air that suggests battle And even though her exterior is as beautiful as the summer is warm Her mind is riddled with the thoughts of her people's death
Evil paves her hollowed mind The noise of battle rings in her ears as the night wears on Black cloth flecked with red, eyes so narrowed with hate It could make a man turn and flee
All she can see is blood All she can hear are screams of pain When will all of this end? Only when she knows that justice will prevail

Awesome. I absolutely love it. Its the kind of thing that could be used as a descritpion for a character in a story. The way its done is really good as it could be used for an evil person or a good person.

I'd love for this to be turned into a visual representation if anybody is willing to draw it? Could look quite awesome and it's completely open to interpretation, which is what I think is particularly cool about this.
And thanks for your input Sion ;D I think it would definitely work as a character description. I originally wrote it out of a desire to create a female heroine that would appeal to fans of the Adventure Fantasy kind of stuff. She's based partially on people I actually know too, which is kind of cool too, although only loosely. I really did put quite a lot of fiction into this, as you can probably tell.
